Five luxury restaurants in Paris

Gastronomos has selected five haute cuisine restaurants that are worth visiting.

France is known worldwide for its gastronomy and its art of living. The choice of ingredients, the concern with the quality of the products and their preparation, as well as the preservation of cultural aspects, create flavor combinations that sharpen all the senses and synthesize the true art of cooking.

It was under the reign of Louis XIV, the famous Sun King, that French gastronomy experienced a remarkable and decisive period. This monarch, known for his extravagances, implemented a number of strong gastronomic changes, creating new techniques and approaches.

The chefs of this era were true pioneers in developing new recipes and flavor combinations. French Haute Cuisine has become a complete and meticulous experience, with great attention to detail. This degree of sophistication in the way of cooking, dish and eating, quickly spread to the rest of Europe.

Paris, the city that celebrates haute cuisine, is full of luxury restaurants that offer the best of French cuisine. Gastronomos has selected five excellent restaurants for you to discover.
