Daniele was born and raised in Curitiba. At the age of 17 she left for her first international adventure in Russia. This experience awakened her fascination for traveling, cooking, eating, and getting to know other cultures. She graduated in Tourism with emphasis in Food and Beverage at UFPR, specialized in Hotel Management at Senac-SP, and a few years later took an MBA in Project Management at Ibmec. In parallel she added to her resume several gastronomy courses: she graduated as a cook, as a barista, beer sommelier and wine sommelier. Daniele now lives in France and joined her passion for food and beverage to her work. Works at Gastronomos as project director and developing contents and experiences for those who seek gastronomy when they come to Paris.
