Daniele Volcov
Daniele was born and raised in Curitiba. At the age of 17 she left for her first international adventure in Russia. This experience awakened her fascination for traveling, cooking, eating, and getting to know other cultures. She graduated in Tourism with emphasis in Food and Beverage at UFPR, specialized in Hotel Management at Senac-SP, and a few years later took an MBA in Project Management at Ibmec. In parallel she added to her resume several gastronomy courses: she graduated as a cook, as a barista, beer sommelier and wine sommelier. Daniele now lives in France and joined her passion for food and beverage to her work. Works at Gastronomos as project director and developing contents and experiences for those who seek gastronomy when they come to Paris.
Lesllie Van Lammeren
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Lesllie migrated to Portugal at the age of 16, a country she lived in for a long time. During this time she studied food at the Porto Hotel and Tourism School and did an internship at the Grande Hotel do Porto, where she was able to improve her knowledge and learn about French food. After a few years working in the area, she decided to study Communication Sciences at the Fernando Pessoa University in Porto. It was then that she discovered her true passion: writing, researching and always being informed about food and culture, using journalism as her tool. During her academic career, she had the opportunity to interview renowned chefs and carry out social projects for cultural inclusion through food. She currently works at Gastronomos as a content editor for digital media.
