Lesllie Van Lammeren

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Lesllie migrated to Portugal at the age of 16, a country she lived in for a long time. During this time she studied food at the Porto Hotel and Tourism School and did an internship at the Grande Hotel do Porto, where she was able to improve her knowledge and learn about French food. After a few years working in the area, she decided to study Communication Sciences at the Fernando Pessoa University in Porto.
