We act as a receptive agency for independent travelers, travel agencies and corporations.

Karen Goldman

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Karen Goldman grew up and studied in São Paulo where she graduated in Communication from PUC and worked in large companies. Tireless traveler, she lived in California, Malaga and Stockholm, until arriving in Paris in 2011 to pursue her passion and study gastronomy. She has graduated in French cuisine by the traditional École Gregoire Ferrandi, one of the most renowned in France, and also holds a Master’s Degree in “Gastronomy Trends” and Food History. She has worked at several restaurants and hotels where she learned from outstanding chefs in France and Italy. Karen is also a cooking teacher, a great scholar in the sustainable food consumption and conscious tourism. Karen is Gastronomos CEO and Founder of Eu Como Sim, a blog about food, she is dedicated to sharing her gastronomic knowledge with travelers who come to France.

Daniel Coutinho

Daniel spent much of his childhood and youth traveling the world until in the early 2000s he decided to leave Brazil and continue his life abroad. He lived in Canada, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Singapore, England and France, until he finally settled in Paris where he has now lived for more than 10 years. Daniel Coutinho has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, in the technology, luxury and digital media industries, including 7 years at Louis-Vuitton Moët Hennessy, where he was Managing Director of the brand NOWNESS. Today Daniel runs his agency (Abeilla) and the podcast Business of Bouffe, both specializing in the food industry. He has co-founded Gastronomos to share with foreign travelers some of his passions: gastronomy, wine and France.

Daniele Volcov

Daniele was born and raised in Curitiba. At the age of 17 she left for her first international adventure in Russia. This experience awakened her fascination for traveling, cooking, eating, and getting to know other cultures. She graduated in Tourism with emphasis in Food and Beverage at UFPR, specialized in Hotel Management at Senac-SP, and a few years later took an MBA in Project Management at Ibmec. In parallel she added to her resume several gastronomy courses: she graduated as a cook, as a barista, beer sommelier and wine sommelier. Daniele now lives in France and joined her passion for food and beverage to her work. Works at Gastronomos as project director and developing contents and experiences for those who seek gastronomy when they come to Paris.
