But there are also small hotels, some even newly opened, which offer great surprises.
Check out our selection of the best restaurants in Paris hotels.

Mandarin Oriental – Sur Mesure by Thierry Marx

Set within the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, the Sur Mesure by Thierry Marx is one of the most amazing restaurants in town. As the name suggests, the chef of the restaurant is the legendary Thierry Marx.
Inspired by molecular gastronomy, Marx’s menu includes unusual dishes such as foie gras with smoked eel, trompe-l’oeil onion soup, soy risotto, oysters, scallops, pistachio and lemon truffles. Its vibrantly colored dishes provide a stark contrast to the all white and minimalist interior of the dining room.
